	<description><![CDATA[<p>En este informe se muestra la radiograf&iacute;a de los hechos m&aacute;s relevantes que han acontecido durante el &uacute;ltimo a&ntilde;o en el h&iacute;per-sector de las Tecnolog&iacute;as de la Informaci&oacute;n y la Comunicaci&oacute;n (TIC), as&iacute; como las tendencias, en algunos casos todav&iacute;a incipientes, que dirigen su evoluci&oacute;n. Se destaca el despliegue de redes de nueva generaci&oacute;n (tanto fijas como m&oacute;viles) y el acceso en movilidad que, gracias al smartphone, es el gran motor de cambio que est&aacute; ayudando a acercar las tecnolog&iacute;as a todos los segmentos de edad.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>The <a href="http://hdl.handle.net/2445/43883" title="Interuniversity Style Guide for Writing Institutional Texts in English"><span><em>Interuniversity Style Guide for Writing Institutional Texts in English</em></span></a></span> <span>(<span><em>Manual d&rsquo;estil interuniversitari per a la redacci&oacute; de textos institucionals en angl&egrave;s</em></span>)</span> <span>was written by members of the Language Quality Work Group of the <a href="http://www.vives.org/en/qui-som/" title="Vives Network of Universities">Vives Network of Universities</a>, coordinated by the University of Barcelona.<br /><br />The Guide aims to facilitate inter-university communication and improve the quality of the institutional English-language documents we produce for international readers. It is also intended to help our community bolster its knowledge of the English language and acquire the linguistic competence in English that is widely considered to be necessary.</span></p>]]></description>
